1. Promoter / Sponsor
This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is organized by (the "Promoter") Pronounce Labs LLC, located at 2222 WEST GRAND RIVER AVE STE A, OKEMOS, MI 48864, contact email: info@pronouncelabs.com.
2. Eligibility
• Open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
• Residents of United States of America only (void where prohibited).
• Employees, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting on December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EDT and ending on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT. Entries submitted before or after this period are void.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter the Giveaway, entrant must:
1. Follow both @pronouncelabs & @sophiebrissman on Instagram.
2. Like the Giveaway Post

• Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person.
• Any incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
• One (1) Washing Machine & One (1) Dryer Machine
• Approximate retail value: $1,500.
• Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• One (1) winner will be selected at random, under the supervision of the Promoter, on or about January 1, 2026.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) and will also be tagged by @pronouncelabs in the comments of the giveaway post within 3 days of the draw ending. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
• Delivery method: Free Delivery paid for by the Promoter.
• Winners may be responsible for any applicable taxes based on their location and prize value.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Legal Disclaimers / Liability Release
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook / Instagram). Participants confirm they are 18+, release Instagram from any liability, and agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use.
• The Promoter and Instagram assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected entries or technical errors, or for any injury or damage arising out of participation or use of the prize.
10. Disqualification / Termination
• Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in case of fraud, technical failures, or any causes beyond its control that impair fairness.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage the operation of the Giveaway may result in legal action.
11. Privacy / Data Use
By entering, participants agree that any personal data collected will be used solely in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, e.g. to contact winners and administer the Giveaway.
12. Publicity & Rights
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the use of their Instagram username, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• The authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry is considered the entrant.
